Looks like Gotham will reach the syndication mark after all, with Fox renewing the comic based series for a final season, as reported by Hollywood Reporter. With 13 more episodes, Gotham will reach the 100 episode mark necessary for the series to be sold into syndication, a big win for Warner Bros since the series has been produced without the backing of one of the Big Four networks. The final season will focus on Bruce Wayne’s transformation into the caped crusader, a moment fans have been anxiously awaiting since the beginning.
